Your brand on every quote.
Set it once in Settings and every quotation comes out on-brand, down to the terms and the total.
Branding in CatchQuote is more than a logo. It is the whole voice of your quotation: your colours and fonts, the sections you show, the words you use, and the terms you stand behind. Set it up once and it applies to every new quote.
Look the part
Upload your logo, choose a brand colour for headings and totals, and pick a font. It shows on the header of every template.
Say it in your words
Toggle an intro note, what is included, what is not, and a warranty, then write them your way. Add custom sections for anything else you always explain.
Stand behind your terms
Deposit percentage, validity, payment and PayNow details, full terms and conditions, and a signature block, all ready on the output. Keep separate quote profiles for Residential and Commercial.
Why an unbranded quote loses a job it should have won
Two firms quote the same kitchen within a hundred dollars of each other. One sends a spreadsheet printed to PDF. The other sends a document carrying a logo, stated inclusions, a warranty and terms. A client has no way to judge joinery they have not seen, so they judge the thing in front of them, and one of those two looks like the safer pair of hands before either has picked up a tool.
Set up once, applied to everything after
Branding lives in Settings rather than on each quote, so the fiftieth quotation looks exactly like the first without anyone having to remember. Where the work genuinely splits, keep more than one profile, a residential set and a commercial set with their own terms, and choose which one a quote belongs to when you start it.
Questions
Can I keep more than one brand setup?
Yes. Quote profiles let you keep, say, Residential and Commercial side by side.
Where does my logo appear?
In the header of the exported quotation, across every template.
Is my branding saved?
Yes, when signed in your branding saves to your account and applies to new quotes.
What size should my logo be?
Anything roughly square or wide works. A PNG with a transparent background sits best against the header of a template.
Can I rewrite the inclusions and exclusions?
All of it is your wording. Those two sections are also the ones clients read most closely, so they repay being written properly once and then left alone.
Does branding apply to quotes I made earlier?
Branding is applied when the document is produced, so reopening an older quote and exporting it again picks up your current logo, colour and terms.
Can I run two brands from one account?
Yes, that is what quote profiles are for. Each profile carries its own logo, colour, wording and terms, and you pick one when you start a quote.
