What the plans do not change
Nothing here is metered. Every plan carries unlimited quotations and unlimited line items, every template, and your own branding and terms. What changes between them is how many people are on the account, and whether the drafting tool is included.
That is deliberate. A quoting tool that charges by the quotation gives you a reason not to quote, which is the opposite of the point. Quote for everything, including the jobs you are not sure about, and find out which ones come back.
Questions about billing
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The demo is the working tool and it needs no account and no card. Build a real quotation, price it, and export it to see the document a client would receive. Exports from the demo carry a watermark, and nothing is saved.
What comes with every plan?
Unlimited quotations, unlimited line items, every template, and cancel whenever you like. The plans differ by how many people are on the account and whether the drafting tool is included, not by how much quoting you are allowed to do.
What is the difference between Freelancer and Studio?
Seats. Freelancer is one person at $15.90 a month. Studio is three at $24.90, with further seats at $10 a month each. Everything else about the two is the same.
What does MAX add?

If I upgrade from Studio to MAX, do I pay for both?
No. MAX replaces Studio rather than being added to it, so the subscription becomes $99 a month rather than $99 on top of $24.90. Coming from Studio the difference is $74.10, and any extra seats you had carry across at the same price.
Can I add a seat to Freelancer?
No, and it would cost you money if you could. Freelancer plus one seat would be $25.90 for two people, where Studio is $24.90 for three. Studio is the cheaper plan the moment there are two of you, so that is the upgrade rather than a seat.
Do I need MAX for everyone, or only the person who draws?
Everyone on the account is on the same plan, so MAX covers the whole team. If only one person draws, weigh MAX against the fact that the Sketch demo is the complete tool and free: draw, measure, flip to 3D and export as much as you like. What MAX adds is saving those drawings to your account.
Does the founding price go up after the first year?
No. The founding rate is locked for as long as the subscription runs, not for the first year only, and that includes any extra seats on it. It is limited to the first 20 accounts, and once those are taken the plans bill at the standard price.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Switch the toggle above the plans to see the annual price, which works out lower than twelve months paid monthly.
Are the prices in Singapore dollars?
Yes, every figure on this page is SGD.
Why is this so much cheaper than a lead platform?
Because it is doing a different job. A lead platform sells you the opportunity to quote, and those cost four figures. This is what you do with the opportunity once you have paid for it. A subscription here is a rounding error against a single lead package, and it is the part that decides whether the lead converts.
